Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery if:
• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging
• You contact us first at support@jencosfashion.com to initiate the return or exchange process
What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?
• Items with manufacturer defects or damage
• Wrong items or sizes sent by our mistake
• Sizing exchanges (please note: return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the fault is ours)
What Can’t Be Returned?
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
• Clearance or final sale items
• Customized or personalized items
How to Request a Return or Exchange
1. Contact us at support@jencosfashion.com within 30 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable
3. We will guide you through the return or exchange process
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or send out a replacement.
